MICHAEL KOBLENZ JOINS WESTERMAN BALL - A PREMIER BUSINESS FIRM
Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein, LLP, a leading business law firm located in Uniondale, New York, is pleased to announce that Michael R. Koblenz, Esq., the current Mayor of East Hills, has joined as Counsel to the Firm in July 2024.
Michael spent 43 years as a Senior Partner at a preeminent Wall Street law firm. A seasoned business lawyer, he has spearheaded major development projects, including the acquisition and construction of the Village of East Hills Park and Pool. Having served as a federal prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice, Michael has significant trial experience, including high stakes commercial and white-collar criminal cases. He also serves as an outside general counsel advising national businesses on a host of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions as well as private and public offerings. Michael also developed a special expertise in representing commodities futures exchanges, clearing organizations, broker/dealers and individual traders and brokers.
