Shannon Bahnsen is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing primarily on the leasing of commercial properties. Shannon’s practice includes representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office, and industrial spaces in New York City, as well as across the United States.

Prior to joining the Firm, Shannon worked for a real estate law firm in New York City, where she represented landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing matters. Shannon also previously worked for a Long Island law firm in the Leasing and Zoning Groups.

Shannon earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2011. She graduated, summa cum laude, from State University of New York at Albany in 2008, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree.

Shannon is admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.
