Rachel L. Patrick

Rachel L. Patrick is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Rachel concentrates her practice on complex commercial cases, including actions concerning breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership and shareholder disputes, business divorces, employment, construction, and real estate disputes.

 

Rachel has significant experience in all aspects of complex litigation from inception through trial, including bench and jury trials, mediation, complex motion practice, and appellate work. In addition to litigating matters, Rachel offers strategic counsel to clients, guiding them through transactions and settlement negotiations.

 

Rachel earned her law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. At Touro, Rachel served as Research Editor of the Touro Law Review, President of the Jewish Law Students Association, Research Assistant for Professor Rena Seplowitz, and was inducted as an Honor’s Program Scholar. While at Touro, Rachel clerked for the Honorable Leonard Wexler and interned for the United States Attorney’s Office. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from St. John’s University.

 

Rachel is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
