Dylan Cruthers is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department.  As a trial lawyer, Dylan prides himself on being a clear, direct, and powerful advocate for the Firm’s clients in any forum including in court, in arbitration, and before government agencies.

 

Dylan’s litigation experience is extensive and varied, including high-stakes disputes involving contracts, partnership agreements, real estate disputes, intellectual property and trade secrets, and business torts. In addition to litigating matters, Dylan offers strategic counsel to clients, guiding them through transactions and settlement negotiations. 

 

He is also experienced in managing complex discovery in large-scale litigation, leveraging his extensive knowledge of legal tech to provide his clients with the most effective, efficient, and streamlined processes to handle eDiscovery. He has managed review teams conducting discovery in connection with complex interstate civil matters and in response to government subpoenas.

 

With in-house experience gained during his time in law school working at a major television and radio broadcaster, Dylan brings an acute understanding of the nuanced business sensitives inherent in commercial litigation. Prior to joining WBEMZ&S in 2024, Dylan spent four years in private practice at an international litigation firm.

 

Dylan graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2019, where he participated in the Business and Community Law Clinic and was awarded the CALI Award in Labor Law. After graduation, Dylan was appointed to the Rose Council of Wake Forest Law in 2022. Dylan also graduated with high honors from New York University.

 

Dylan is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
