Brad Bassuk is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Brad has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. Brad negotiates letters of intent and lease transactions involving retail, restaurant, office, industrial and other commercial properties located in NYC and throughout the United States on behalf of international, national, regional and local retailers as well as fitness studios, restaurants, prominent retail developers and operators, owners of mixed-use properties, and other businesses and charitable organizations with real estate needs.

 

In addition to lease transactions, Brad represents clients across a wide spectrum of other transactional and corporate matters, such as the sale and acquisition of commercial property and businesses, as well as operating/partnership agreements.

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Brad was the general counsel for a multigenerational and privately held real estate investment, development and management organization with large portfolio throughout New York City.

 

Brad earned his undergraduate degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo in 2001. He then went on to earn his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2004.

 

Brad is admitted to practice in the State of New York.  Brad was selected as a "New York Super Lawyers Rising Star" in the area of real estate for 2016, 2018 and 2019.
