Adam Borenstein is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Adam has extensive corporate and transactional experience representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other companies and individuals in connection with a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority investments, as well as with respect to general corporate and commercial agreements. 

Adam earned his law degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2015.  He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Florida.  Prior to joining the Firm, Adam worked at a Manhattan-based international law firm, as a legal secondee at a European-based private equity firm and as Assistant General Counsel at a global consulting firm. Adam is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
